All visitors and members who use this site, MUST follow the V8 Supercars Fan Group Terms and Conditions. Members who fails to follow any of the rules will be delt with severely appropriately to the grade of the incident. This may include but not limit to a time suspension or permanent ban. 1.01: Do not hack/damage the V8 Supercars Fan Group web site.
1.02: By registering an account on our site, you agree that you will be automatically signed up to group email updates sent monthly. All members reserve the right to unsubscribe by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in the recieved email update or contacting the V8 Supercars Fan Group via the contact page for manual removal.
1.03: Do not post any pornographic images, audio and videos on the web site or in emails to other uses. The term "website" includes the full site including the forum, chat room and member profiles.
1.04: Any user who uploads illegal copyrighted images to the photo gallery will automatically have the whole (all) gallery removed without any questions asked. If the user presists with copyrighted image uploads, the user will be banned and their account blocked.
1.05: Administration has the right to ban, remove/cancel a membership if you display any inappriopriate content on your member profile. This may include but not limit to; pictures, videos, offensive language. Administration also reserves the right to block any account that they believe may be fake or a previously banned user.
1.06: As soon as you click the "register" button when signing up for a membership, you must activate your account within fourteen days. After this period, if you have not activated your account, you will recieve a final reminder notice from a site admin. Once that is sent to the inputted email address during registration, you must activate your account within another fourteen days. Once this period has ended and you have not activated your account, your account will be removed from our database.
1.07: If you provide a fake email address when signing up, your account will be removed immediately.
1.08: The V8 Supercars Fan Group does not accept responsibility if any person's computer inadvertently suffers any disruption to services, loss of information, harm or is infected with a virus, other malicious computer programme or code that may occur when using this site. The V8 Supercars Fan Group takes every possible security step to ensure all users of this site do not have any situations where the above problems occur.
1.09: All images, articles (excluding media release articles provided by V8 Supercar teams), videos, graphics and other media content are the property of the V8 Supercars Fan Group unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce content from this website to another without prior permission. To request permission or seek answers to an enquiry regarding the property of content, please contact us immediately.

2: Group Forum:

(Any  member who fails to follow any of the following forum rules on more then five occassions will have their membership withdrawn from the site database).
2.01: Do not post inappropriate language on the forum under any circumstance.
2.02: Do not hack or damage the forum.
2.03: Do not spam, bully, tease, annoy or harass other members in the forum. These incidents will be judged by atleast two administrators to decide if this rule has not been followed.
2.04: Do not attach any pornographic items including pictures, videos or audio clips in any message.
2.05: Do not upload any links on our web site that will direct you to another group, chat room, or any other non partner site of the V8 Supercars Fan Group page. If done, your link will be removed without any notice.
2.06: No member is to attach any file that contains a harmful program/software in a post or reply.
2.07: Do not scam people for anything.
2.08: Do not change a subject/topic namewhich does not reflect the original topic.
2.09: If you go severely off topic in the forum topic, you'll recieve a pm from admin/staff of that particular part of forum regarding that post. Your message will be deleted if you do not give an answer to why you were off topic within 24 hours.
2.10: Do not advertise any other websites, forums, organisations, businesses on the forums unless you either have permission from administration or the website in question is a partner of the V8 Supercars Fan Group.
2.11: When posting race results or race incidents prior to the coverage finishing on Channel 7 Australia, you must put the discussion/result in spolier tags.
2.12: Any abusive posts towards any member, driver or towards a public figure will automatically be deleted.

3: Group Chat Room:

3.01: No member is allowed to post inappropriate language in messages until the official group chat is finished.
3.02: Do not spam, bully, tease, annoy or harass other members in the chat room.
3.03: Do not attach any pornographic items in the chat room.
3.04: If you want to speak to a particular member privately, please private message them to avoid clogging up the chat.
3.05: Do not post any links that will direct you to a non related V8 Supercars Fan Group web page without prior permission from the chat room moderators.
3.06: No member is to attach any file that contains a harmful program/software in any reply or post.
3.07: Please try to remain quiet when the moderators are delivering group announcements. This helps to not flood the room with messages and therefore allowing other members to clearly read the important news.

4: Emails:

4.01: Unless stated otherwise, emails sent by the V8 Supercars Fan Group management team represents only the views of the sender and not the views of the V8 Supercars Fan Group owners. If you are not the intended recipient(s), or if you have received email from the V8 Supercars Fan Group by error, you are asked to immediately notify the sender by return email. Although the V8 Supercars Fan Group takes all reasonable steps to ensure this email does not contain malicious software, the V8 Supercars Fan Group does not accept responsibility for the consequences if any person's computer inadvertently suffers any disruption to services, loss of information, harm or is infected with a virus, other malicious computer programme or code that may occur as a consequence of receiving this email.

5: TA Designs - sub site partner of the V8 Supercars Fan Group

If any of the following rules are broken, appropriate action will be take on behalf of TA Designs.
5.01: All liveries excluding remakes liveries designed/created by TA Designs are the property of T.A Designs. Remake liveries is classified as recreating someone elses livery therefore TA Designs does not accept or have ownership of the original livery design.
5.02: TA Designs images are not to be used on any other website without the prior consent of T.A Designs owner "James".
5.03: All TA Designs images are not to be reproduced, sold or re-made by anyone without prior permission of T.A Designs.
5.04: No livery may be produced onto a car at any time unless prior consent from T.A Designs is acquired.
5.05: You can only request one (1) livery per month if you are not a registered member of the V8 Supercars Fan Group. Members of V8SFG are able to request as many liveries possible within guidelines and the will of the designer.
5.06: Requests for real race car liveries may include a fee or charge before the design can be achieved. The fee can also be wiped if you display the TA Designs logo on the race car.
