Compulsory CoF delayed

This is a huge plus for the smaller teams that aren't doing extremely well. Or a new team that may want to come in at the start of 2012 and straight away go to the CoF. It will be very interesting to see how many small or maybe even 1 or 2 of the big teams go with this option.

I don't know...you might see guys like Bundy Red Racing switch to it but not HRT?

I doubt that will happen but if COF saves teams money, I'm pretty sure you will see a lot of the smaller teams mainly but also bigger teams make the switch as soon as possible - depending what level of old stock they may have.
