I was just testing out Paint.net, if you know what your doing in there should get something ok. not saying pro like some of the guys on the site, but something kinda like mine.

This is a very open ended question, it all depends on what program you use and what you want your end result to be like, there are many different ways and they all depend on the program you use.

granger design use to have a tutorial but he's recentally updated his site and removed it. i still have a saved word doccument of the tutorial but you need paintshop or photoshop etc. just fire me your email in a PRIVATE email and i email it to ya
