Held the lap record for a while too.

Apart from that it looks like the usual suspects are in for a good weekend, and maybe a few upsets from McConville and Murph perhaps? Let's hope so! With WD I think he had a power steering problem in Practise C.

What a race! It seemed like every 60secs someone was in the wall or spinning around, plenty of action, who said V8 Supercars was boring?

So many hard luck stories for the Holden side in particular; Holdsworth, Ingall, Murphy, Cam, Perkins, Rick...then DJR boys and Lowndes for Ford.

HRT is now leading the teams championship but Team Vodafone will be keen to get that aswell, expect the other 25 drivers to go wild being the last race...which usually happens last races of the year.

I reckon Holdsworth would've dominated the race if not for going into the tyres. I was devastated when I heard Addison say that Holdsworth had hit the wall. He did a great job to come back through the field though.

Some good action today, not that I could see much of it. Got kicked out of a good spot by some policeman after we were told by officials that we were allowed to stand there.

Really felt sorry for Cam, he running so well. Murph and Ingall too, they were both running strong before their accidents. Lowndes was dealt a tough blow with Davo locking the inside front. But it was great to see Brighty up on the podium.

Today's race was crazy, that's for sure. All you have to do is look at the DNF list - Kelly, Bright, Lowndes, Tander, Richards, Holdsworth, Kelly, McConville - all of these guys had potential for the podium, and most of those guys could've pushed for a win. So many hard luck stories this weekend, but a very deserving podium nonetheless.

You have got this right Kye, it was one hell of a crazy race today, It was like all the drivers just left there race mind in the garage and just let things go belly up.
So many mistakes and trying to hard, also silly errors, which cost them a shot at a better position.
But all in all it was the Grand Finale so what else would we expect from the V8's
They can all drive away from this weekend feeling pretty proud of the awesome job they have all done, be it good or not so good to have put on The Greatest Show On Wheels
